Ron is directing you to the App Store app on your iPhone and not iTunes.
The Update tab in the App Store app is also how I check for and download
updates to my iPhone. I assume it can be done in Itunes on my PC, but
I've never done it this way myself.

store on your phone and selecting the update tab. If there are any updates
for any of the apps you have on your phone, it will tell you and there is a
