Hi maria, I did an Audioboo on this subject a little under a year ago. Since then, Twitterific has changed for the better. It's less verbose and more accessible than ever. It's hard to go wrong with either Twitterific or Tweetlist. I make extensive use of Twitter lists to manage my Twitter traffic, so I tend to keep coming back to Tweetlist and there's nothing else that handles lists as well.
