Hello Ms. Tomkins, I gather you got the language issue resolved. You may want to try Bridget or Graham for British voices, or wait and see what comes when he adds Ivona voices which he is working on. As for zip files, it handles them through BookShare I think, but I have no idea about handling them on their own. Winston is very responsive to his customers, so you may want to drop him a note through the comments under settings. It may be called feedback. HTH,
