Hello, I just wanted to point out again what I said yesterday and what David confirmed. If an app doesn't finish updating just wait a bit and restart the update process. This is not done from inside the App Store. Once you tap on Update that's it, you can close the app store. If the app is stuck on a certain percentage or even at 0 percent or if it says "Waiting", then simply double tap on the app as if you want to open it. Then wait because it can take up to 10 or 20 seconds or maybe even 30 seconds before the download restarts. Do not double tap again because this will only Pause the process again. If there is a problem you will get a message and if that is the case just leave it alone and try again 10 minutes later or the next morning or whatever since eventually it will work.
There is definitely no reason to write to accessibility support since this has nothing to do with accessibility and at best any tech support person from Apple would tell you what I just said above.
