Hi Joanne, Close the app store, then find the app that is stuck and double tap on it. If the update has paused, this will force it to resume. If the update fails you should get a message, something like "App Store Unavailable" or similar. If that is the case, wait a while and double tap the app again, maybe even wait over night. I have never had to delete an app and reinstall it from scratch because I couldn't update it. Sometimes it take a bit, but it usually always works eventually.
