One of the first things I noticed in reading the details in the app store is the phrase: "Offers in app purchases" so I think you will find that it is not free in the long run. But it looks promising and may be worth paying a fee to have a way to do this if someone has to sign very many documents and could save time not having to travel to an office, etc.
