If you are using a Bluetooth keyboard hit the escape key and it will take you to the main menu again. I don't know how to do it if you are only using the screen.

Then you could set up to receive new posts from that group as push notifications on your phone. A few months ago they broke the ability to put friends into different groups so as long as they fixed that then I imagine it will still work. I'm going to try it out myself.
