Can you get to the app switcher with Siri?

shortcut for the double tap and hold gesture, and then either the
Control+Option+Space or Up+Down Arrow keys to activate
selections. It helps to wait a bit to make sure focus is on the
first app (in the bottom left corner) before deleting, or else
trying to touch that bottom left corner app. Once your focus is
solidly there, you can delete as fast you like via gestures.

I know that before I was able to double tap and hold and the
prompt would say double tap to delete. Now the prompt says double
tap to dismiss the switcher. That doesn't get rid of the apps though.
