Hi Sheri, You may have to wait a short bit before doing to the double tap and hold after opening the App Switcher, or else you can tap to first bring focus to the app in the bottom left corner before you start deleting apps. I find that if I try to do the gestures too fast after opening the App Switcher that I may get focus issues with VoiceOver. This is also true for deleting apps in the App Switcher window with a paired keyboard, using the Control+Option+Shift+M shortcut for the double tap and hold gesture, and then either the Control+Option+Space or Up+Down Arrow keys to activate selections. It helps to wait a bit to make sure focus is on the first app (in the bottom left corner) before deleting, or else trying to touch that bottom left corner app. Once your focus is solidly there, you can delete as fast you like via gestures.
