Hello Ioana,
If you don't see a menu option for a particular restaurant that means said restaurant does not have their menus listed with Locu.com which is where All Access gets its information from. If it's a restaurant you like you can try and make the owner aware of Locu.com and that it might be benefitial to list their menus since other popular apps such as Trip Advisor, Open Table and I think even Yelp uses the information from he Locu.com database.
