Well, depending on how it is set up, in Internet Explorer one would have to 
press altF4 repeatedly to close each open window. One can also set up 
Internet Explorer to be prompted to close all windows at once. In your 
description below, it seems as though you are suggesting one can repeatedly 
double-tap "Pages" to quickly close Safari windows.
To close windows in Safari, I have found one needs to double-tap the "Pages 
button" to access each page then left swipe about 3 times and double-tap on 
"Close." this closing procedure has to be performed on each open webpage. I 
think the original person wanted to know how to close all Safari Windows at 
once. I'm definitely wondering if this is possible too.

Actually, it is just like multiple windows in any computer internet browser. 
Just double-tap the pages button in the lower right corner to start closing 
windows. It is just like closing tabs or windows in modern browsers.
