I recently downloaded echofon for free and it is now my main twitter client. It is pretty voice over friendly in my experience.
Here's a short review i wrote for it, comparing it to the official twitter app and tweetcaster. Echofon works well with voice over in my testing. Echofon reads the twitter @ name, then the tweet, then the relative time of the tweet. The official twitter app, on the other hand, reads profile pic, then you swipe to read the person's actual name (not the @ name) followed by the tweet. In Tweetcaster, i had to double tap a tweet for voice over to read it, and then it only reads that one tweet. Not so in echofon. Echofon is the quickest twitter app to me, even though it doesn't read the more recognizable names like the official twitter app. Nevertheless, I still like that i only need to swipe half as much with echofon. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
