Hi Shannon, I do sympathize but I don't think that you could get a refund simply because it doesn't meet your needs well or because you have another app that meets your needs better. I think the only situation in which you could get a refund would be if it did not work with Voice Over or if it just wouldn't run on your device for some reason.
