Hey Tessa,
Folders can actually have multiple pages now so the number of apps in each
is much larger.
I don't know if there is a cap on how many pages a folder can have, but my
games folder has 38 apps in it just as an example. I always wished that you
could have multiple pages in a folder because I hated having multiple
folders with the same name and now I do.
I agree that having to wait for 5 seconds is a bit tedius. This is also
where I notice the sensativity most when working with the screen.
when I was moving apps around, sometimes it would not open the folder I
wanted to move the app into, while at other times it would. Also, if the
folder I wanted to move the app too, was in the first or 4th column, it
would frequently switch to the previous or next page, which got a bit
frustrating. It made moving apps a bit more time consuming then I was used
too. I got better as I worked with it more but was surprised on how quickly
the pages switched. Pages switching quickly is in complete contrast to how
it was on the old IOS, at least that was my experience.
I did notice that the sounds to indicate what position the app was in,
doesn't appear as reliable as prior versions. Sometimes I would hear the
blip and it would say, column 4, row 4 but more often then not, I didn't get
any indication of where I was dragging the app to.

a couple more comments.
I didn't see a comment on list about folders, but I haven't kept up with all
the mail. Folders are larger, anyone know how much larger they can be, I'm
assuming now you can get 18 items into one which is great, anyone gone
higher than that?
One thing that does bug me, when moving an item out of a folder you have to
hold it outside the folder for a full 5 seconds before the folder closes,
now that is down right tedious. one or two seconds might be reasonable, but
five??
