Hello,

So version 1.0 of the app worked absolutely fine for me. (I am in the
UK, but purchased the app through a registered account in Canada).
With version 1.1, Sendero restricted the use of the app to the US or
Canada only. When you try an open the app out of those countries,
it'll give you a message box saying you need to purchase the app in
your country. There is no Seeing Eye app in the UK. I have 2 options:
I could downgrade Seeing Eye GPS to version 1.0 and hope that it will
work, or wait years for Sendero to release a version that will work in
the UK.
I can't understand why they want to restrict the app, why don't they
want people from abroad using it? The previous version worked
absolutely fine for me, and I could get from point A to point B
without any issues at all. Also, I legitimately paid for the
subscription, I should be able to use it without Sendero saying that I
need to purchase my countries version, even though they don't have a
version for the UK.

I am not usually a person to rant publicly on a mailing list, but the
fact that they go out of their way to actually force the app closed if
you are in another country says a lot about the company. There was
absolutely no problems at all navigating the streets in the UK with
that app, what good reason do they have to restrict it to only
US/Canada? They can't lose money if they open the app to other
countries; in fact they would gain more customers that way.

Suggestions?
