Shaf,

I'm interested, you state that you subscribed legitimately to the Sendero
Seeing Eye App. I'm not sure how you have come to this conclusion.

Apple's sales policies clearly indicate that you should only use an iTunes
account relevant to your domestic location, that is, you are not supposed to
have an iTunes account operating on a regular bases from outside the country to
where you are based regularly. If you live in the UK permanently you should
not, under Apple's T&C's be using a Canadian iTunes account. So on step one you
fail your legitimate claim.

Next, Seeing Eye App specifically state in its description that the App is for
USA and Canada, as such, you have falsely purchased it, clearly after being
informed that it is not targeted for your use, and now you are complaining.

That's like me buying a car, the sales person will point out, you cannot
legally drive this, right? you understand that don't you? Yes, I do, I'm blind,
I cannot use this car myself, then though I buy it, and then complain to the
dealer that I cannot use it… Can you explain to us all how you think you are
without blame here, and, what exactly Sendero did wrong?
