1. on the bottom right is the multiselect button
tap it then you tap the files you want to select.
then use the bottom buttons to zip,delete,copy,cut...
But you cant use the open in feature with multiple files.

2. After exporting the files to another app such as Bard, you can delete them from UbiDisk.

Thanks,
Rob

Hi Rob,\
Because of an email on this subject that you sent a few days ago, I am using
UbiDisk very successfully! Thanks so much for taking the time to explain it
on the list. I have two questions: when I send a number of files to my
iPhone with UbiDisk and I do Open In, I can't seem to select more than one
file at a time. When reading an MP3 book with multiple files, I like to have
all the files ready to open in the app I want to read them with. So I have
to do the Open In procedure for 6 or 7 files individually. I am also using
Speed Up because I like the speed feature.
So here are my questions:
1. Is there a way to use the Open In for multiple files at the same time?
and
2. When you do the Open In, the file names appear in the App I send them to.
Are the files actually copied to the app that will open them and if so can I
delete them from UbiDisk?

Thanks for your wisdom! This list is wonderful! I promise that when I know
more I will answer some questions too. Right now, you truly wouldn't want me
to (grin)!\

Subject: how to transfer directly between BARD APP and pc with UbiDisk

Transfering books from PC using Wi-Fi.

I use a free app called UbiDisk.
Easily transfer files from PC to your I Devices.

It even comes with a free windows program with a context menu allowing
you to select a file on your PC, press the applications key then choose
easy push to send that file to your iPhone.
Remember the Bard books must be zipped before sending to the iPhone.

UbiDisk is great and has many uses!

Be sure to install the Easy Push program for Windows.
its very easy and convenient.

Now here is how to send books or any other files from your PC to the
iPhone, iPod or iPad.
On your PC find the file you want to send to the iPhone.
press the applications key
choose send with easy push
the easy push window will open.
the list will be empty untill you start the Ubidisk app on the iPhone.
then your iPhone will appear on the list.
select it and press enter.
your iPhone will ask if you want to accept the file.
tap on accept to start the transfer
when transfer is finished, tap on done.
Now back on the ubidisk main window choose local files
Once the book is sent to UbiDisk, find it, most likely to be in the
Downloads folder if you used the easy push.

right beneath the file name is a more info followed by the file name
button. double tap to open it
then look for the action button,
then choose open in....
Bard will be on that list.
good luck!

Thanks,
Rob
