What app is this? There are some places where you have to find the Dictate button to the left of the spacebar because as you found out, a 2-finger double tap will start playing your music or last played audio book. I experienced this once, but can't remember which app it was in. When done dictating, do a 2-finger double-tap to end dictation. Then remember to enter the Search key or Send key to activate whatever action is appropriate, or advance to the next text field. Hope this helps. I just checked on my 5, and if I try a 2-finger double-tap without first entering text edit mode with a 1-finger double tap, my background audio starts playing.
