When I got this 4-S, it had already been upgraded to IOS 7, so I have no
idea as to its performance when using IOS 6.
The problem is that my 4-S does not seem to be very stable when running
7 or 7.02. When I go to double tap an icon, it may have jumped a couple
of icons in the interim between locating and double tapping the item. My
other IOS devices do not exhibit this behavior although in fairness,
none but the 4-S have been upgraded to IOS 7.02.
This brings up a question. Is there any way to reinstall not only the
apps but also the operating system itself; in other words, truly
starting from scratch?
Before someone inquires, yes, I have checked the reduce motion setting.
I don't think it is just a comfort zone issue, but at present, I am far
more comfortable using my 4 running IOS 6.13.
Thanks in advance if anyone has some ideas to resolve this issue.
