I found a free chess clock that might do what you want. I'll paste the link below. The settings button is not labelled. But it seems fully accessible. It has not been updated in a couple years. It defaults to a 90 minute game, allowing 5 minutes each per move. I just did a search for chess clocks, and since this one was free, thought I'd check it out. I am not a good enough player to use a clock.
