Hi Alan,

I, first of all, don't particularly like to be told that I was dishonest and
that I lied. The fact is that I would have had to leave without purchasing
the phone because there is no way I could have afforded the $82 a month plan
that went with it. The other fact is that other companies were offering a
very similar plan much cheaper and, even though I really didn't want to, I
would have had to go. I don't see where your comment comes from that I had
no intention of leaving anyway because I would have had to. The word
threaten was spot on and it will be again in two years if they continue to
charge such high prices when prices are going down everywhere. In comparison
to the US, we have been paying outrageous prices for years and that is only
because they could and that is changing. The fact is that the CRTC put down
some new rules that prevents them from taking advantage of people and they
are trying to even out things by raising prices when they should be going
down.

So, in the future, I would much appreciate you sticking to the topic and not
making yourself the judge of list members' morals.

Ron & Danvers

Katey,
The volume problem doesn't just happen with the 5s. My wife has the same
problem on the 5. Also I've not had the problem with the finger print reader
that others are having. So I'm not sure what is causing it. I think that
since you made the decision to upgrade you will be happy with it.
