The native Reminders app can have both timed and un-timed reminders. It can 
sync with Macs, but I don’t know about Windows devices. Still, give it a try. 
To sort things, just create new lists. I have several lists, and even a 
shopping list my family shares so that we can all add to and check items off on 
that list and our changes sync to the rest of the family members’ iOS devices 
and Macs.
