Hi Teresa, I think your best bet is probably to deauthorize all your computers and then reauthorize them. To do this, go to the Store menu and choose the View your account option. On the page that will come up, there's a section called Computer Authorizations. It tells you how many computers are authorized. In that section is a Deauthorize All button. Once you do this, I think you'll be able to authorize your computer again.
