The first two apps are known to be accessible, and have entries at AppleVis. The iPad version is a relatively recent release from a few months ago, but has been through three updates, and I don't know details of its accessibility. However, this capability of making calls through the iPad may be of interest to some users. Note that you must have a service providers hat supports these capabilities for this to work. Kelly posted a recent "iPhone on the Cheap" user guide at AppleVis explaining the use of such services and gave the link to it in a recent list post.
