Hi Pablo, I don't think there are any talking TV's unless they have Android powered TV's where whatever accessibility exists for Android applies. On the other hand once you figure out your TV it shouldn't be that difficult because all you really have to do is turn it on/off, change the volume and know how to change your inputs so you can switch back and forth between your Apple TV and whatever other things you may have connected like a DVD player, cable box etc.
