MBraille without question. BrailleTouch was the first app, and worked quite well when it was the only option. As has been stated previously, BrailleTouch does not appear to be updated on a regular basis, if at all. The ability to write in contracted braille offered by MBraille is the single biggest reason I prefer that app.
