Hi Chris, as I understand it, the iPad air uses the same chip as does the
iPhone 5s. I dashed off my original message about rather quickly as I was
late for an appointment and should of been more explicit over what
information I was asking after.
I should of said will there be any differences in screen layout on the air
from what I'm seeing on my 5s iPhone?

i think you will be surprised, the iPad Air and iPad mini as far as
screen size goes is far bigger than the iPhone 5s, however the mini is
smaller as the screen size is 7.9 inches whereas the Air is 9.7 inches.
Now as for the two devices together they perform exactly the same as
each other, however I heard the mini's processor is slightly
underclocked than the same processor on the Air.
