Hi,

I surpose it depends on the sort of thing you're wanting to do with
your device. If you like accessing the file system, changing voices&
making custom actions with activator then yes, jailbreaking is always
going to hold some appeal to you.

However, these just aren't things that the average user isn't going to
want to do, in fact, I'd perhaps go as far as saying that the average
user really shouldn't be exposed to the file system anyway.

Perhaps I didn't phrase my previous message overly well. There are
still many reasons to jailbreak, but it's by no means something that
everyone needs to do.
