I am quite sure he was talking about the Phillips sound shooter.

I did purchase this speaker from Phillips, but I found it was too big and too 
heavy to use as described. Yes, it did sound fairly good, but did not meet my 
requirement for portability for the purposes we were discussing, I. E. 
Navigation apps.

I just search Amazon as well as Google for such an item and could not find

think this could be a nice way to use a GPS app without having to use a headset 
or an earpiece, sort of like the idea of the small speaker which comes with a 
Trekker. Bluetooth of course would be ideal.
