Does something such as Vlingo have that time restriction? Actually, I'm not even sure Vlingo is still around, but it worked very well.

So, if this can be done in an automated fashion within a large section of recording, I see no reason why it shouldn't work! Taking the idea little further: perhaps, using drop vox, lectures/meetings could be uploaded and not processed until required. In this way not too much space will be taken up on the phone. I don't know much about these things, but, perhaps, it would be possible for this special app (which doesn't exist yet) to stream only in 32nd pieces Are you following my drift at all?
