No anyone with a device can report to Apple. I've done it many many times and they haven't turned a blind eye towards me just because I'm not within their beta program and haven't signed the NDA. This is something I'd like to do in the future though now I have Xcode on my mac and two iOS devices so we see.

Why do you say beta testers can't report bugs to Apple? I'm not a beta

restricted beta testers from reporting bugs to Apple.

Hi

I found that occasionally entering one character with the toouch screen
or navigating to the on-screen keyboard with arrow keys and entering
one characcter will re-enable the bt keyboard.

Really pity that the NDA agrreement is so strict that beta testers are
not allowed to report the bugs even to Apple itself.
