To get to the app switcher on an iPhone, you also can use the assistive touch
menu, but to use it to get to the app switcher is, almost, more trouble than
it is worth. After tapping assistive touch menu, you tap device, then more,
then multitasking, and you are in the app switcher. Some on this list have had
problems with the assistive touch messing with their other gestures, I have no
problems with it. If you want to try it, tell searie to turn on assistive
touch. If you end up not liking it, tell searie to turn it off.
