According to the manual leaving the phone in charging mode uses up more
battery so you do not get the maximum benefit from the juice pack. I don't
like leaving mine on charge until it is needed because the phone gets rather
warm when charging and I carry it in a pocket.
But either way it is very useful these days with the battery issues that
came with the last upgrade.

percent battery until the juice pack's battery is used up, then it will
begin to use its own battery. Some users like to use the iphone battery
and switch on the juice pack when the iphone battery needs to recharge,

supposed to provide up to 120% additional battery life. At what point is
it optimal to turn on the Mophie for use? I assume I'll never see a
number of 120%? Does this mean that up to 120 percent is available before
