Hi, I just activated the app on my 4s. I got to activated the censor but, how long before it gets activated? Also, I haven’t found anything that says off on. Thanks for letting us know about this app. I had no idea of it and wanted something basic before. Andy

There probably are other apps out there that have more features like keeping a log but you can't beat the price and, it is totally accessible. Just be careful when running. There is a pedometer already built into your iPhone. Open settings, Nikkei plus iPod. Double tap on Niki plus iPad. You can in settings within the app select your present weight in either pounds or KG. You can also select your power song and even your choice of male or female voices. And the app is totally accessible.
