Chris, you might look into upgrading. Many people who bought the Bluez recently were able to get a free replacement if they had problems with their units. For instance, if my phone is in a pocket, I can't use the Bluez outside because the audio is too choppy. In fact, just behind down will usually cause the connection to drop entirely. Plus, sound bleed is a huge problem. When I emailed sa...@aftershokz.com to ask about upgrading to the upcoming second-generation, they offered a free replacement.
