Hi Grace, That happens from time to time and there really isn't much you can do except try later. I guess you could try to turn your phone off completely and back on and see if that helps as sometimes it does. I must say that since iOS 7 came out last fall I only had SIRI tell me this only 2 or 3 times and most of the time if I try a second time just a few seconds later it's fine. But I do have a feeling SIRI may work just fine for me and not for you as it depends on which servers handle your request.
