Dear Keith, Thank you for the response, I see you want to clarify that the App developers have the controls of approving the reviews. Kieth, yes. The app developers have the control of approving the review but there are some that are open to it in which you can post anytime. Please, always remember support is just an email away if needed. You've truly been a remarkable asset and thank you for choosing the iTunes Store.
