I want to thank all of you who offered good suggestions on my problem with the braille keys on the focus 4 not working with iOS 6 on an iPhone 5. I called FS Tech Support and they were of absolutely no help at all! I told them that everything else worked except the braille keys and they had no idea. So I read the manual from start till I found the info. I had inadvertently locked the keyboard. I unlocked it per the manual instructions and it works wonderfully. I share this egg-on-my-face anecdote in case it is helpful to anyone else whose Perkins keys don't work on their display with an iOS device. Make sure the keys are unlocked!!! I am very disappointed with FS Tech Support for not asking if my keys were locked and telling me how to unlock them. I did not know that this was an option at the time. Best, Terrie Terlau
