Add your native or prefered language that you use as your default to the language rotor and when VO starts speaking in a foreign tongue, rotate over to the language option in the rotor and flick up or down till you select that language and VO will read it properly. An annoying bug, but at least there's a solution.

Place at least one additional language in the rotor. Turn the rotor to language. Flick from default language to the same language in the rotor. Now, everything will be spoken in the language chosen, if said language can handle the material. If not, the material will be skipped.
