This question comes up from time to time, so the archives will have a lot of information. Basically, though, the pros of an iPad over an iPhone are:
* better battery life * better sound, sometimes, and that is rather subjective * larger screen, for low-vision users using magnification * larger screen, showing more content for apps and webpages, which can sometimes be useful to the blind That's all I can think of. Of course, the pros of the iPhone or iPod Touch outweigh the pros of the larger iPad, at least for me, but each person's situation is different.
