Thanks for that information, that price means that I would only buy it if it was absolutely outstanding and much better than Text Grabber or Prizmo in several areas. For me those would be primarily in ease of use and the ability to take good pictures and of course regonition quality. I hope they offer some sort of way to try out the app, maybe a free version which allows you to take 10 pictures or something like that. While the price is on the high side, it is, however, not as bad as some people have speculated a few weeks ago when people thought it would cost $300 or $500 and it's certainly a far cry from the $1,500 it cost when it was aavailable for the Symbean platform.
