Hello again Eileen, Well, it seems I have the latest versions of both TextGrabber and Prizmo. I just put them both through their paces with the stand ScanPro and then again Freehand. Firstly, let me say, I find a little bit of erratic behaviour in both apps. Prizmo, four example, keeps bouncing me out back to the home screen. I emptied out my app switcher and found things improved. TextGrabber seems to be behaving okay here. However, particularly TextGrabber, gives me that error message when I take a free hand shot more often than not. By the by, I leave the flash on in TextGrabber. Can I suggest two things for you to try, if your problem with TextGrabber persists? Firstly, reset your phone, by this I mean, either turn off completely leave it for a bit and turn it on again or do the press of the home button and power button held for 10/20 seconds etc. Secondly, delete TextGrabber and download it again. I have experienced, with Prizmo, problems after a faulty download. Two other things to think about, perhaps… is your camera lens nice and clean? And do you have a nice lot of space available on your phone for the processing process?
