OK, so the app Jen mentioned and for which I posted a link in my last message also has a paid version for 99 Cents. I have carefully read both app descriptions and I'm not totally sure what the difference is between the free and paid app, the free app does not mention "In-App Purchases" and I believe if there is an unlock feature that it has to do so. The only difference I could see is in the first line of the description. For the paid version it clearly says: "Download the app and get 1500 unlimited free ringtone downloads." The free version says: "Download to get free ringtone downloads." I assume that the free version has some sort of limit as to how many of the 1500 tones you can get, but as I said, I'm not sure. There are also 2 other apps by the same developer, one is for custom alert tones and it's also 99 Cents and the fourth app is specifically for text messages and it's also 99 Cents.
