It isn't the easiest site. Then again I am not to be trusted because since my husband's passing almost every site I need to do business with bank, Verizon, CenturyLink, all are problematic for me, for the person who used to be more literate about computers than most of her co-workers, back around 1984 to about 2007, I feel like a newbie lately and nothing makes sense.
