So, I am trying to fix my auto pay on Verizon since I had to change the
account to me after my husband passed. I understand I have to do it from
the Verizon site and when I tried, I got stuck, setting the date I wanted
the transaction to take place, it showed me 1 through 6 and then nothing.
My billing date is the 7th so obviously I want it taken out after that. Any
suggestions for me. Sounds stupid but my husband paid all bills, even
during his illness, one of the things he could do right up to the day before
his passing and unfortunately, he never showed me anything.

Bear with me, trying to figure out loads of stuff including bills that
probably are not in Chase Bill pay option which I have yet to check out due
to computer problems I finally fixed, can do that on the phone I guess,
although I do not think he ever used the phone for more than checking the
balance. I know that is what I do.

Be patient with me, please, I know that strays off topic some so, if you can
walk me through anything to help please send to:

roseco...@q.com

rather than cluttering up the list. It has been a challenge for me to
figure out security codes, pass words etc. finally managed to access stuff
at least. Some of that took some very creative guessing.

Hi,

The last time I looked at the site It seemed fine to me. I tend to have
evverything onn audo pay so don't need to go to the site very often.
