So, I am trying to fix my auto pay on Verizon since I had to change the account to me after my husband passed. I understand I have to do it from the Verizon site and when I tried, I got stuck, setting the date I wanted the transaction to take place, it showed me 1 through 6 and then nothing. My billing date is the 7th so obviously I want it taken out after that. Any suggestions for me. Sounds stupid but my husband paid all bills, even during his illness, one of the things he could do right up to the day before his passing and unfortunately, he never showed me anything.
Bear with me, trying to figure out loads of stuff including bills that probably are not in Chase Bill pay option which I have yet to check out due to computer problems I finally fixed, can do that on the phone I guess, although I do not think he ever used the phone for more than checking the balance. I know that is what I do. It has been a challenge for me to figure out security codes, pass words etc. finally managed to access stuff at least.
