Hello Eileen and all, If you don't want to do the exercise Move proposes, you can request a different exercise. In the update that came out earlier this summer, when you did this, the screen didn't update properly, so you couldn't find out what the new exercise was. This has been fixed. Also, if you use the countdown timer, it now speaks timer progress every 5 seconds until the last 5, and then every 1. It's so nice to hear how much time is left.
You need the Youtube app to access the videos. The developer plans to add text instructions to a future update, but he's trying to get clear directions from a trainer, and that's taking a while. In the meantime, he is trying to include only videos that have clear verbal instructions and get rid of the ones that have no spoken content. I haven't checked out many videos yet, so I don't know whether he's done that yet.
