I've used both. I think Spotify wins, hands down. It's easier to use and in my opinion, has a much bigger selection of tracks. Unfortunately, Rhapsody hasn't recovered entirely from the fire they had, which destroyed some computer equipment. One neat thing you can do with Spotify is make playlists accept collaboration. I haven't tried this yet, but I imagine it would be a lot of fun.
