As do I, but remember that Apple has an app that is simply called "podcasts". It is free, compared to Downcast or Overcast, which are both great but cost money. Start with Podcasts, and if you want to learn more about the other two apps, AppleVis.com has entries on both of them and even a podcast on Overcast, part of which is a comparison to Downcast.
