I have been testing also, and I must agree wholeheartedly. It really is sad, Apple is really slipping these days. we certainly don't need to be rude, but we do need to be as forceful as possible. We need to be loud, and we need to draw attention to the fact that these things are being ignored. I would almost be willing to go so far as to say that Apple should apologize, and reaffirm their commitment to the voiceover user. they may be approaching a very slippery slope, and it would be in everyone's best interest to avoid such a fall off.
