I agree. And this is why I'm not preordering, or even ordering early, an iPhone 6. These phones come with iOS 8 preloaded, so you'll be dealing with bugs until the iOS is upgraded.

That's true, the difference here though, at least in my mind, is that this is coming from someone on the list who I think is pretty level headed. If I recall correctly, Sieghard was recommending people upgrade to IOS 7 when it came out because the advantages out weighed the annoyances and the different ways a few things worked. In this case, you have someone who I respect quite a bit on the list sounding the alarm. This gives me much more pause then the normal run of the mill complaints that come out whenever anything changes. I'll be looking forward to more information from Sieghard and others once IOS 8 is released and they aren't bound by the NDA they agreed to.
